I am a subscriber, can I change treatments during my subscription?
Yes ! Simply change the product directly from the customer account, “subscriptions” section. Please note: you must give us 48 hours to take the modification into account.
How do I stop or reactivate my subscription?
It is very simple ! To suspend your subscription: Go to the “subscriptions” section of your customer account then click on “suspend my subscription”. Please note: we need 48 hours to take this into account.
Reactivate your subscription: Still in the “subscriptions” section, click on the “I reactivate my subscription” button.
When will I be collected?
For your first order, you will be charged from the first purchase . Then you will be charged on the date of each delivery.
