We recommend doing a minimum of 3 months of treatment for optimal effect!

The first visible effects will be on the nails: stronger and less brittle. Then, the effects will be visible on your hair. However, the effects vary from person to person. Regularity and patience are the key to a successful cure.

When pregnant, we recommend our Mama gummies , specially designed for pregnant and/or breastfeeding women. If you do not want to take gummies, you can take Resolution No. 1 on medical advice.

To stop hair loss, start with a course of food supplements for 3 months to strengthen your hair from the roots. Combined with Resolution N°3 Our anti-hair loss serum for 8 weeks to stimulate growth in the scalp. We advise you to do the hair diagnosis to have a personalized routine.

In order to maintain the full effectiveness of our treatments, it is recommended to wait after 6 months of treatment so that your hair does not get used to the large supply of vitamins in the long term.

You can thus accumulate up to 6 months of treatment of the same product or of two different products (3 months of Hairboost then 3 months of Resolution N°1 for example). We then advise you to wait between 4 to 6 weeks before starting a new treatment of 3 to 6 months.
