How many tablets should I take per day?

Just 1 tablet per day provides you with all the active ingredients and nutrients needed for the treatment! There is no point in increasing this dosage because your body will not be able to assimilate such quantities and you risk overdosing. The ideal treatment is 1 tablet per day for 3 months, renewable once. A therapeutic break of one month will then be recommended.

Should I apply the mask to my lengths or my roots?

It is important to apply Resolution No. 6 to the roots, lengths and ends! The hair must be treated in its entirety.

Does the mask detangle hair?

Resolution No. 6 is moisturizing and nourishing, so it makes detangling easier. Your hair will be softer, stronger and shinier ✨.

Does this shampoo lather enough?

Resolution No. 5 shampoo is natural and sulfate-free; it is therefore less foaming than a chemical shampoo containing these famous and very controversial sulfates. But make no mistake: foam does not equal cleanliness!

Does Resolution #5 contain sulfate?
