Just like your diet, your complexion and your hair didn't survive the holidays? Damaged and dull, they have difficulty resisting the cold and the gray. Madam President, give you some advice to find a resplendent mane?
The end of year celebrations are the time when we get together with family and friends to feast and have fun all night long. But the day after the party it is never easy to wake up! Your hair and complexion, just like you, are tired. Here is a little program to refresh your skin:
Homemade oatmeal treatment
Oats are an anti-oxidant that activates the production of melanin (useful for tanning more quickly and having a nice complexion) very rich in vitamin B, E and manganese. The freshness of yogurt also helps to awaken the complexion and soften the skin.
Ingredients :
4 tablespoons of oat bran
1 natural yogurt
1 tablespoon of honey
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl then apply to the face and leave to act for 10 to 15 minutes (be careful, the mask may leak before it dries, take advantage of this moment to lie down and relax a little!). Rinse with clean water and dry by lightly patting a towel on your face.
A balm to nourish your damaged lips
Ingredients for 10ml:
5g of shea butter: to nourish your lips and heal them
5g of vegetable oil: coconut, olive, sweet almond...
2g of beeswax: to deeply moisturize your lips
2 drops of preservative: to be able to preserve your lip balm as long as possible
3 drops of essential oils: to perfume your lip balm
Place all the ingredients in a saucepan, and heat the mixture in a bain-marie, stirring constantly until you obtain a smooth and creamy texture. Pour everything into the container of your choice, and then place it in the refrigerator until your balm hardens.
Eliminate dark circles in minutes
Make two ice packs by wrapping ice cubes in a cloth and apply them under each eye for about 10 minutes. You can also use the back of a metal spoon previously cooled in the refrigerator; the cold stimulates blood circulation and reduces puffiness!
What about your hair? In addition to your No. 1 Resolution, here are 2 treatments to nourish and make your hair shine
After the holidays, hair is flat and dull. Cigarette smoke, the sweat from your scalp, or the ambient heat of the raclette grill didn't do them any good. In short, we will have to bring them back to life:
Before shampooing, apply an argan oil mask (one hour minimum) to deeply nourish your mane.
Diffusing a veil of shine spray on your hair after shampooing will densify your hair and tighten its scales.
Finally, to freshen up your hair, brush your hair long enough to remove dust and other pollution particles that weigh it down. Around thirty brush strokes are enough to cleanse your hair and help circulation to the scalp.
