The website accessible at the address “htpps://www.madamelapresidente.fr” allows the company MADAME LA PRESIDENTE to offer hair products and food supplements for sale to users as well as the subscription to a subscription giving right to the service MADAME PRESIDENT. Article 4 – The price
4.1 Sales price:

9.2 Customs fees

9.5 Product conformity:

9.6 Unavailability of products:
In the event of unavailability of products upon delivery, MADAME LA PRESIDENTE may offer, under the conditions provided for in article 6-4 of the General Conditions of Sale, an extension of the initial delivery time or a product equivalent in terms of quality and price.
9.7 Failure to deliver:
Total failure to deliver automatically results in the termination of the sales contract.
Article 10 - Right of withdrawal
10.1 Notification to MADAM THE PRESIDENT of the withdrawal decision:
In accordance with the provisions of article L 221-18 of the Consumer Code, the customer has a period of fourteen (14) clear days to exercise a right of withdrawal from the day after receipt of the products. Accordingly, the customer may decide to return any product for exchange or refund.
