Rosemary infused spray
You will need to make your
1 bunch of fresh rosemary, 300 ml ofdistilled water, 1 spray
Rinse your rosemary then, put the rosemary in a pan and pour the distilled water. Bring the preparation to a boil for about ten minutes and then let it cool for at least 30 minutes. Collect the infusion and pour it into your spray bottle.
To be used every day on your scalp!
To make your rosemary oil, you will need: 1 bunch of fresh rosemary, about 250 ml of oil of your choice (olive oil orsweet almond oil for example), 8 drops ofrosemary essential oil;
Heat the oil and add the rosemary leaves until it boils, then let the mixture cool in a glass jar after straining.
All you have to do is apply the preparation to your scalp and massage.
You can also use it as an oil bath before your shampoo.
