Ingredients:
4 tablespoons oat bran
1 natural yoghurt
1 tablespoon of honey

mix all the ingredients in a bowl then apply to the face and leave on for 10 to 15 minutes (Be careful the mask may leak before drying, enjoy this moment to lie down and relax a little!). Rinse with clear water and pat dry with a towel on your face.

A balm to nourish your damaged lips:

Ingredients for 10ml:
5g of shea butter: to nourish your lips and heal them
5g of vegetable oil: coconut, olive, sweet almond ...
2g of beeswax: to moisturize your lips deeply
2 drops of preservative: to be able to keep your lip balm as long as possible
3 drops essential oils: to perfume your lip balm

Put all the ingredients in a saucepan, and heat the mixture in a bain-marie, stirring constantly until a smooth and creamy texture. Pour everything into the container of your choice, and then place it in the refrigerator while your balsam hardens.

Eliminate dark circles in minutes:

Make two ice packs by wrapping ice cubes in a cloth and apply them under each eye for about 10 minutes. You can also use the back of a metal spoon previously chilled in the refrigerator; cold stimulates blood circulation and reduces puffiness!

And for your hair? In addition to your Resolution N ° 1, here are 2 treatments to nourish and shine your hair:

After the holidays, the hair is flat and dull. Cigarette smoke, sweat from your scalp, or the ambient heat of the raclette did not do them any good. In short, we will have to give them life again:

Before shampooing, apply a mask ofoil argan (one hour minimum) to feed your mane in depth.

Spread a veil shine spray on your hair after shampooing will help densify your hair and tighten their scales.

Finally, for give a fresh blow to your hair, brush your hair long enough to remove dust and other polluting particles that make them dull. Thirty or so brush strokes are enough to cleanse your hair and help the circulation of the scalp.
