Your satisfaction is important to us!

You can therefore exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days.

If you are not satisfied with a product you have ordered from our website or it arrives damaged, return it to us and we will be happy to exchange it or refund your money, within 14 days of delivery.

Before returning your purchase, please send us an email with your order number, in order to obtain a return form to complete.

Complete this Return form and send it back with a copy of your invoice and the product concerned. Please provide us with your full name, address, telephone number and e-mail address so that we can contact you if necessary. We recommend that you insure your package and opt for a tracking and drop-off against signature. Madame la Présidente declines all responsibility in case of loss of your package.

We are sorry, we do not take care of the return shipping costs.

Your exchange or refund request will be processed as soon as possible.

Upon receipt of the package, we will send you an e-mail notifying you of the status of your request.

The refund is made via the payment method used for the purchase. We do not reimburse shipping costs.

The President does not reimburse purchases made from other retailers. Only products ordered on madamelapresidente.fr will be exchanged or refunded.
