Put an end to itchy scalp

Itchy scalp: it’s itchy and annoying!

We spend our time with our hands in our hair, scratching, scratching and scratching!

The itchy scalp is definitely there. ☹️

These irritations can be accompanied by dandruff and peeling... And we hate that!

(Especially on a pretty black blouse which didn't require the wonderful snow ❄️that makes your hair fall!)

But do not panic !

Thanks to a few tips and a good routine we can calm this itchy scalp.

Follow us, we will help you stop scratching your head and understand where these irritations come from! ⬇️

What is the cause of the itching on the top of our head?

There are many causes that can cause an itchy scalp.

No matter which one it is, it's ABSOLUTELY not pleasant!

We will first see what can cause these irritations in order to guide you.

Itchy scalp and dandruff:

These are small flakes of the scalp that fall off and fall off!

These can be aesthetically disturbing since unfortunately, they tend to be visible! ?

There are two types of films :

Dry dandruff is that which falls on our shoulders and which we find in confetti.

But unlike oily dandruff , it does not necessarily itch.

Oily dandruff will be more present on an oily scalp .

Generally yellow or white, they are larger and more resistant than dry films. And of course… they itch !

Dandruff and itchy scalp

Psoriasis and scalp irritations

It can be found on the skin as well as the scalp . (Grrrrr we hate him!)?

And as with dandruff, it is characterized in the form of scale, itching and sometimes bleeding.

It is differentiated from dandruff because it is often found in the form of plaque , behind the ears, or on the roots.

All this leading to hypersensitivity of the scalp and itching !

If you recognize these symptoms, do not hesitate to contact your doctor who will give you adequate treatment against scaling.

Seborrheic dermatitis

We tend to confuse seborrheic dermatitis or psoriasis

but these are two different pathologies, each causing an itchy scalp.

Just like dandruff, it develops on oily scalps .

This is an abnormal proliferation of malassezia type yeasts (a kind of fungus that settles on our skull and makes our lives hell?).

Seborrheic dermatitis causes red patches covered in scales that shed easily and cause scalp sensitivity.

There are many causes that can cause you to develop seborrheic dermatitis, such as:

    • Exposure to heat and humidity or very cold temperatures

    • Stress and fatigue

Don't stress ladies, stress is not good for you or your hair!

This triggers many unwanted effects !

I know, it's not easy to control it! When stress is there, it’s there!

As my dear doctor always tells me, “ find an activity to channel your stress

It’s up to you, ladies!

But what should you do about this itchy scalp?

DON’T PANIK!

No matter what pathology you present, the more you know it, the more you will know how to treat it.

Talk to your doctor , dermatologist or pharmacist , they will be able to help you find out what it is.

Miracle recipes against itchy scalp✨

For dandruff:

To eliminate dandruff ,

Pour some natural yogurt over your head (am I a yogurt cake??) and massage gently.

Leave for around twenty minutes.

The acids in yogurt will succeed in limiting the proliferation of dandruff .

Meanwhile, make an infusion of bay leaves which you will leave to cool.

Time elapsed ⏳

Rinse your hair with lukewarm water and finish with rinsing water with your infusion.

With these 2 tips, your scalp will be cleansed and the itching will calm down. BINGO?

Psoriasis

To calm the itching and inflammation caused by psoriasis, aloe vera? is very effective.

Known for its soothing and healing effects, you can also use it if you have psoriasis on your skin.

It is recommended to use gentle products when dealing with psoriasis.

Do you get an aloe vera leaf? and collect its pulp (organic, nothing better?)

Mix the aloe vera? and place the mixture as it is on your scalp.

Leave on for 1 hour and rinse with lukewarm water.

Your scalp will already feel much better!

Seborrheic dermatitis

First of all!

No oil on the scalp! ?

The fungi responsible for dermatitis love it!

Opt for a rhassoul mask,

This clay is just Amaaaazing for seborrheic dermatitis and hair care !

This will absorb , regulate and purify your scalp.

Mix 4 tablespoons of rhassoul with mineral water.

Let the mixture sit for ten minutes and apply the mixture to your scalp .

Leave it on for a good hour before rinsing with clean water.

You can also pour a few drops of rosemary hydrosol onto your scalp on dry hair and massage gently.

This is healing and useful for calming itchy scalp.
