These GTC apply to the ordering process on the site, to any use of services offered on the site and / or to all sales of products concluded by Madame La Présidente from the site https://madamelapresidente.fr with the Customers whether they are private individuals or professionals, whatever the clauses that may appear on the Customer’s documents, and in particular his general terms of purchase, unless expressly accepted in writing by Madame la Présidente and concern all the products marketed by Madame la Présidente.

Madame La Présidente reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions.


The Products that we offer on the Site are exclusively reserved for people over 18 years old.

Before making a purchase on the Site, the customer must be fully aware of his or her state of health. Pregnant customers should  seek the advice of a physician before consuming any of the products offered on the site.

Customers with any kind of pathology or food intolerance must also be careful when using the Products on the Site.

The Customer expressly acknowledges that a dietary supplement cure is an individual experience, that its effects cannot therefore be determined beforehand with accuracy, and that he is therefore under no obligation to achieve results.

Similarly, the Customer acknowledges that the information provided by the site does not replace the practice of physical exercise, or be confused with a medical and/or psychological follow-up or consultation. Similarly, dietary supplements should be used as part of a healthy lifestyle and not as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet or medication. In case of doubt about his state of health or any medical contraindications, the Customer agrees to consult a doctor before any purchase on the Site.


Domestic deliveries

The shipping department is able to send products to physical addresses or P.O. Boxes in Europe. It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure the accuracy of the shipping address provided by him. Please ensure that the address you provide is correct, regardless of how you order, before you finalize your purchase. Madame la Présidente will not be  responsible for a delivery made to a wrong address.

Order processing time

In general, orders are processed  within 48 hours (except during weekends and holidays). Orders validated on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

All delivery times are estimated from the date your order leaves our processing centre. For delivery, please allow 3 to 5 working days from the moment the order leaves our processing centre.

Lost or stolen parcels

Madame la Présidente cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages for which shipment to the address indicated in the order has been confirmed. Upon request only, Madame la Présidente, will confirm shipment to the address indicated, specifying the date, providing tracking and carrier information to assist the customer in making inquiries.

Incorrect shipping data

In case of return of the parcel to Madame la Présidente because of an erroneous or incomplete address provided by the customer, the latter will be responsible for the shipping costs related to the return of the goods and the redelivery. Madame la Présidente shall not be held responsible for delivery defects due to incorrect or incomplete data provided by the customer.

Follow-up of your order

When customers’ orders are ready to be shipped, they will receive a delivery confirmation e-mail. Most orders are shipped within 48 hours of registration and arrive within 3 to 5 business days of shipment. The confirmation email contains the shipping details and the order tracking number. For tracking, go to the carrier’s website.

Sometimes, when a customer tries to track a package 48 hours after the order has been placed, the delivery information is not available, which means that the carrier has not scanned the package. Once the package is scanned, the tracking is available. Allow 48 hours for the carrier to scan the packages. If the tracking information still does not appear, please contact customer service at one of the phone numbers listed on the contact page or by email.

Overseas orders

Your satisfaction is our priority! In accordance with article L.221-25 of the Consumer Code, the consumer has a 14-day withdrawal period. If you are not satisfied with a product you have ordered from our website or it arrives damaged, return it to us and we will be happy to exchange it or refund your money. Complete this Return form and send it back with a copy of your invoice and the product concerned.

Right of withdrawal

In accordance with article L.221-25 of the Consumer Code, the consumer has a 14-day withdrawal period.

However, we inform you that in accordance with the provisions of Article L. 221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal can not be exercised for goods that have been unsealed by the consumer after delivery and which can not be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection.

You have the right to withdraw without reason within 14 days after you or a third party other than the carrier and designated by the customer receives the product(s).

To exercise your right, you must notify Madame La Présidente by e-mail at [email protected] your decision to withdraw from the purchase contract by a statement expressing your desire to withdraw and unambiguous while notifying your order number. You can, if you wish, use this Cancellation form for a distance purchase as well as this return form For your right of cancellation to be valid, your request must be made before the expiry of the above-mentioned period.

Once you have exercised your right of withdrawal, Madame La Présidente will send you a return form to complete and an electronic acknowledgement of receipt of your request.

In case of withdrawal, you are required to return the product(s) to Madame La Présidente at the following postal address : 1, Centre commercial La Tour, 93120 La Courneuve without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have communicated your decision to withdraw. The customer shall bear the direct costs of returning the product(s).

In case of withdrawal, Madame La Présidente will reimburse the payments received at the time of the order without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the request for withdrawal. We will issue a refund using the same payment method you used to place the original order, unless you expressly agree to use another payment method and provided that the refund does not incur any costs to you. Additional costs incurred by a more expensive delivery method than the standard delivery offered on our site will not be refunded.

There is no cost to you for the refund. Reimbursement may be deferred until the goods are recovered or you provide us with proof of shipment of the goods, whichever is earlier.

The product(s) must be returned to us in perfect condition, in their original undamaged packaging and accompanied by the invoice and the return slip. Be sure to protect them properly.


Pursuant to Article L.612-1 of the Consumer Code, “Any consumer has the right to have recourse free of charge to a consumer mediator with a view to the amicable resolution of a dispute between him and a professional.”

In the event that the problem is not resolved, we invite you to call on a mediator within one (1) year of receipt of your request by the customer service to settle the dispute. 4.1 Subscription.

To subscribe, the Customer must click on “Subscribe”, then on “Add to cart” from the product page of our website and validate his subscription when ordering. The Customer will be delivered and the amounts due by the Customer will be debited in accordance with the formula chosen by the Customer on the Website.

4.2 Unsubscribe.

When subscribing, the customer commits to a minimum of 3 shipments. After this period, the Customer can cancel his subscription at any time, directly on his online account, by sending a simple request by e-mail to the Company Madame La Présidente. Termination shall take effect 30 days following receipt of the unsubscribe request. Consequently, any order in progress during the notice period will be executed by the Company Madame La Présidente. The Customer will not be able to obtain a refund for the order carried out after the request for termination, including if the Customer unilaterally decides to return the Products received.

It is recalled that in accordance with Article L.221-18 of the Consumer Code, the subscription involving the regular delivery of goods, the withdrawal period of fourteen days mentioned in Article 10.2 of these GTC, runs only from the receipt of the first good.


Payments are made by credit card on the site. It is also possible to pay by money order or bank transfer by contacting the President directly.

To this end, the Customer authorizes Madame la Présidente to debit her bank card for the amount indicated when placing the order.

Madame la Présidente assures the Client of the security of the payments made and of the agreements made with professionals in the sector in order to fully ensure this objective.


The products marketed by Madame la Présidente are manufactured by partner laboratories. Madame la Présidente offers the Customer a guarantee of conformity, quality and compliance with the regulations applicable to food supplements.

Madame la Présidente also guarantees that the Products have been subjected to controls and tests by partner laboratories before being put on the market.

In any case, the Customer shall not hold Madame la Présidente liable in the following cases

Lack of adequacy of the Products to the Customer’s needs;

damage suffered by the Customer due to improper use of the Products;

Lack of verification by the Customer, before the order and throughout the taking of the Products, of his state of health and of his possible allergies to one of the components of the Product

As the results are personal, no result can be guaranteed to the Customer as a result of the use of the Products and Services provided by Madame la Présidente via the Site.

Because some countries and jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties or limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, the above limitations may not apply in whole or in part in some cases where such limitations are prohibited by public policy. In these cases only, the total liability of Madame la Présidente shall be limited to the amount that the Customer has actually paid for the orders that caused the alleged loss and that have been judicially recognized as established, in application of these rules of public order.


Madame la Présidente holds and retains all intellectual property rights relating to the Services and Products purchased by the Customer, in particular the know-how, methods, copyrights and patents associated with the software that accompanies and integrates them, as well as the rights relating to their designs (drawings and models) or the names under which they are marketed (trademarks).

None of the stipulations of the present GTC shall be interpreted as an assignment or license of any of these rights to the benefit of the Customer. Indeed, the latter only has the right to use the proposed Services for its own account, and if necessary to resell them, but in any case, the Customer guarantees the Seller against any infringement of the above-mentioned rights by its own action.
