5 tips to fight the cold

In winter, we eat soup : not only does it hold the big appetites but it is also useful for fill up with vitamins and eat balanced. And most importantly, it warms the body!
So to spend the winter without shuddering, we adopt the "meat" diet, full of proteins: pot-au-feu, veal blanquette, beef bourguignon ... Small dishes that warm! And if you're a vegetarian, bet on red and white beans, beans, lentils, split peas, oat bran, soy, rye bread and dried fruits that are real anti-cold and anti-fatigue remedies

4. One trusts grandmother's remedies!

The rosemary bath facilitates blood circulation and therefore helps to warm up faster.
For a bath: let infuse 200 g of fresh rosemary for 10 minutes before enjoying. You can also add a few drops of clary sage or orange essential oil diluted in body milk.

Herbal teas have the gift of warming us up in no time.
Boiling water, ginger, cinnamon, clove and cardamom; you can even add a small trickle of honey or a few drops of lemon to prevent sore throats. Ideally prepare a large teapot to be able to serve several times.

5. Play sports!

Move allows to accelerate the heart rate and therefore boost blood circulation, which allows the body to adapt more easily to the cold. You do not have to get up for a jog each morning, but a simple, tonic walk can warm your body. In the office, do not forget to take a few steps or stretches every hour and at home do not hesitate to do some gym exercises or a massage to activate the circulation of blood.
Be careful if you practice an outdoor activity, the warm-up must be longer and your outfit adapted.
